We have stayed at Aloft several times and keep returning because everything is usually up to or exceeds our expectations. This trip however, we had a couple issues. The mattress in our room was way past its lifespan. Also, our toilet had to be flushed at least 3 times every time it was used.

NO PARKING

It was good, nice view even though it faced the parking garage. YOU HAVE TO PAY TO PARK!! The hotel has no parking.. I wouldn’t recommend the area to any families but it’s okay for couples and friends or even a business trip. The city is sketchy but the hotel is wonderful and the staff is very friendly.
