The hotel as a whole was dirty, even behind the desk was just dirty. The pool was over baring with chlorine. Our room was just gross!! The lady at the front desk was rude! I should have read the previous reviews!! We will never be back and the pictures were just taken and air brushed!! There was mud all throughout the hallways, and people just setting outside in their cars loud running on the phones and no one said nothing!!! No gym it says 24/7 couldnt even go inside of it!!

I don't understand the negative reviews,we were checked in by a lady who was absolutely wonderful to work with, even my 8 yr old daughter commented on how nice she was. The room was decent, nothing spectacular but for the price it was on par with the rest. Breakfast was OK, it's free and had options. The pool was my daughter's favorite part, her and a few other kids had a great time. I'll stay again if I'm ever in Louisville again.

Tub was dirty. Beds were like rocks and also felt like it was slanted a little, enough for me to notice and be uncomfortable. Breakfast offered coffee cups that were about 6 ounce size, the cups in the room were bigger and better quality and food choices very limited.

Building is older but rooms have been updated. Probably had the best water pressure of any hotel I have been in. The bed was very uncomfortable though, pillows were flat, and I could hear everyone’s door slam shut. It’s ok for a night but if you have back or neck issues, avoid.

I have stayed at Baymonts before, but this one gave off Super8 vibes. It got the job done, but I felt mislead. The “breakfast” was subpar, the only hot option was a waffle. It was a one and done choice for me personally
