Air condition was not working in room. Cleek told me to take front off air conditioner and run filter under water. I took front off and it was so dirty, including having food behind cover. I put cover back on and ask for different room. Air conditioner in 2nd room was very loud. When got up and went in bathroom there was a cockroach in tub. The next morning there was a cockroach crawling on sink. Very noisy area. Office clerk was very nice.

The hotel is pretty run down. Holes in the bathroom door! Shower did not drain properly, so while showing you was standing in water! Definitely need to be updated!!

While the staff were helpful the facilities were subpar. There is no seal around the doors allowing you to see inside the room or out, if anyone is smoking outside it smells as if it is in the room, the floors are somewhat dry mopped if you have wet feet they will look dirty after touching the floor, when turning on the aircon initially dust flew about the room. Staff advised to stay away from the back of the build as it was unsafe. The lingering odors in the room were off putting but febreeze could cover for about 8 hours. The beds were surprisingly comfortable though. If I could have gotten a refund I would have stayed elsewhere after I had seen the rooms.

Roach Motel

I woke up to a roach with me in bed this morning. Then saw several others. Let the front desk know. She could not have cared less. Her name was Tammy. Property is run down. Probably needs to be burned down. Shady stuff happening at all hours of day and night. Someone tried to open my door a couple times. Over all a horrible experience.

Hotel does not hold up to standards. Room Was very dirty. Pictures were shown to front desk right after check in. Hotel is very much in a "Red Light" district with a lot of questionable activity.
