We had an amazing stay! There was complementary food when we arrived and wonderful breakfast in the morning. My son loved the pool and we also utilized the work out room. I never heard of the this hotel chain before, but still definitely look for it again!

I had a great experience at this hotel. I was on a phone call regarding a family emergency when checking in. The front desk was very understanding and checked me in without interrupting. When I got to my room I was surprised by an upgrade from a deluxe room to a suite. The hotel was very clean and quiet.

This property has very high ratings, however this was the first time in a while where I actually showed up and was like… ummm huh!?? Elevators are dirty(I’ve learned through traveling that if elevators are dirty there’s going to be a correlation to rooms), the rooms were surface clean, but stains on the bathroom doors, bed skirts etc. Regardless it Grossed me out. It wasn’t horrible, but if you’re booking thinking this is a 8.5 or higher I would say keep looking. It is more like a 7 using Expedia's scale IMO, sparkle at front desk(I believe that was her name) was amazing and friendly. The hotel is just in need of a refresh overall in my opinion.

Beautiful hotel, but we had to wait on maid service and it was almost 4 pm before we got in our room. I came up for medical with hospital next morning.
