We were very impressed with this hotel. The room was in great shape and the breakfast was very good. It included a type of egg, sausage, biscuit/gravy, pancakes, cereal, etc. We had an issue with being given a wrong room upon check in but the lady at the desk was wonderful and was able to get us the correct room. She handled the situation very well!

I’ve never stayed anywhere that’s had such friendly people! Everyone was so “happy” and helpful. Also, the room was very nice and at a great value! I slept very well! Room was very clean!

Nice hotel but disappointed with amenities

Overall the hotel was great, breakfast was good. We booked this hotel based off it having a pool for the kids to enjoy during downtime but it was closed for service, so we were disappointed knowing we could of saved and got the hotel in town at a cheaper rate without the pool. Wish the maid service was a little better, always had to run to the desk for towels if needed

Room & property were clean. Breakfast was probably one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had! Made the mistake of thinking indoor pool was heated, but it was not. If I was in the area again, I’d stay again!

NASTY NASTY NASTY

This location was absolutely DISGUSTING! There was mold around the shower and had a dirty floor. There was hair in the toilet. I had drove 8 hrs from NC and because I arrived at midnight. The night clerk stated to me I’d have to wait until morning to resolve the situation. I was traveling for work and had to be at the clinic at 8 am the next morning. I was forced to put down a towel and hope for the best. I immediately checked out the next day. And found other arrangements for the remainder of my work trip.

The room was large, staff were sweet. I was placed in a room on the first floor right next to the elevators and I could hear everything that was going on in the hallway. The bathroom was nice, but the shower needs repairs.
