This hotel was amazingly clean! The staff was awesome! When we checked in Kathleen was such a breath of fresh air and smiling face! She was so excited about the derby and had such a cute set up for photos! The jockey jackets, derby hats on each room was amazing! Everyone was very nice, bed was comfortable, room was spacious! We did not get to the pool which I was sad about but feel this hotel was fantastic! One wish would be for a bar/restaraunt and it would be perfect! Would stay again!

Awesome !

Wayyyy better than the last time. The bathrooms still need upgrading due to the caulking becoming mildew but the room I had this time was immensely better ! Just please heat the indoor pool.

We booked a 2 night stay at this location to attend a 2 day event we had in whay we thought was close to the hotel. Later into the 1st night we realized the hotel was over an hour away from our event. We ask if we could possibly get a refund for the 2nd night to move to a closer hotel. They refused. So then we seen they had the same hotel.chain in the area we needed to be in. So we ask if we could at least switch the 2nd night reservation to that location. Once again they refusee. So we will not he choosing the chaim agaim as their customer service is horrible

We were very impressed with this hotel. The room was in great shape and the breakfast was very good. It included a type of egg, sausage, biscuit/gravy, pancakes, cereal, etc. We had an issue with being given a wrong room upon check in but the lady at the desk was wonderful and was able to get us the correct room. She handled the situation very well!
