We made a reservation and after a long day of driving, arrived at the hotel around 8pm to check in. After waiting for about 15 minutes while the young man at the desk tried to find our reservation, we were told they couldn't accommodate us. When I pressed as to why, we were told they were sold out. We were told that my credit card would be credited the charge right away. Needless to say, we had to drive for another half hour to find a hotel, my card was charged and calls to the property didn't help, and I finally had to work it out via Expedia.

Nice property and nice staff. We really enjoyed our room. It was clean and cozy and the bed and pillows made things comfortable. I was also impressed with the morning breakfast buffet and the way the staff kept things up. It was a totally delightful experience. Sincere appreciation well done. Take a bow!!

When we first arrived it snelled like someone took a crap in the middle of our room. The walls weren't even oainted the same same color for their patch touch ups. The floor was sticky. We stayed 3 of our 5 nights cause not once did housekeeping stop by our room. Just really isnt a 8/10 rating like it says and just disappointed in it.
