Average stay.

The hotel is beautiful at first glance. The lobby chairs were badly stained. The bed sheets and the bath robe had what I thought was blood on them but staff stated it was rust from a continuing issue with the laundry. The air vent in the bathroom had a visible thick layer of dust on it. On my first night what appeared to be a homeless person was inside the hotel asking for money aggressively. I came in from out of town and stayed here because I thought downtown would be accessible to walk but that is not the case. I ate at Bob's steakhouse inside the hotel which was average. The waitress was excellent and the atmosphere was nice. Bobs restaurant space was beautiful. My steak meal with a salad was appx $100. Uber ave wait time was appx 20 mins. appx $40 for a 15-20min ride during prime times. Everywhere is a 15 min ride. It may be cheaper to rent a car instead of using Uber.. Overall my stay of 4 days and 3 nights was truly average and for what im accustomed to the price was ok at about $200 per night mid January.
