Not very clean, but front desk was friendly

Floors left out feet dirty, the door didn't seal completely, the door lock was broken, there was dog feces all over the grass on the property not just in the potty spot

I liked the location of the property in relation to our event at the Convention Center. The rooms looked newly renovated and were very clean. Housekeeping arrived early and was prompt in changing out towels. Facility does not provide shampoo or conditioner in their bathrooms, so make sure to bring your own. Also, close to the airport, so you will hear loud air traffic from the larger planes. The main negative I have about the specific room we stayed in was that the door was not sealed, so much so that daylight was coming through the door. It wasn't too much of an issue for us, but it is something that they really need to mindful of and fix.

Well, the toilet seat was pretty much so loose it slid when you tried to sit down. With the bathroom door closed, you could see thru the crack between the door frame and door. The door to the room looked like it had been kicked in. There was cold air coming in from the bottom and side.

I only stayed for a few hours. The toilet never stopped running and the lamp was caked with dust!!! The toilet was right in front of the bathroom door so one would hit their knees every time. There was an inch gap under the front door. The lobby could DEFINITELY benefit from a much needed upgrade. It was so bad I didn't even ask for my money back. I used paypal for my payment after I booked through Expedia. They made me use my credit card to hold a "deposit". The lady at the desk didn't really know how to navigate PayPal or expedia and tried to make me pay out of pocket for the room. Even after I showed her was it was already paid. Long story short... I wouldn't stay here again if they gave me a free room.

I have been going to KY Fair and Expo Farm show for 30 yrs and I have NEVER had an experience like this. 1. Showed up -prepaid through Expedia-Horrible - rude late shift work (would refuse to give me her name) said I did not have a reservation and argued with me after I showed her my confirmation. 2. She charged me AGAIN for 1 night stay. 3. Manager next morning (Meredith) fixed it and apologized. 4. The rude and extremely unprofessional night shift worker assigned me to room 226, we had been there all the next day and suddenly at 4 pm our room key cards were not working.... went down to nicely ask night shift worker to resolve. She told me that I was not in that room! I assured her that I was so she followed me up to my room and said she couldn't change the room key to work so I had to move to room 232 down the way. Now why would you inconvenience your guests to move at 4pm in the evening? Not to mention, now housekeeping had to clean the room again when there were plenty of rooms unoccupied! Oh i know, because she was the most incompetent person they could employ!!!! Everything I said to be true---she was argumentative, combative and rude!! I have NEVER experienced such a mess. Studio 6 Manager----you were great and said she needed more training but I think you need a new employee. The rooms were clean.....-kudos to your cleaning staff.

The lobby was unclean and smelled horrible. Our first room wasn't cleaned.. the bed had been stripped and new linen thrown on the bed and not put on. There was garbage everywhere. They gave us a different room and the bathroom was not clean at all. Another couple we were with found cockroaches in their room and bed. We did not feel safe. We left and went to a different hotel.

Not a perfect stay

Our stay at Studio 6 was not the best. There was no closet and the location for our clothes was a bar in the bathroom. Also there were bugs. I notified the manager about this. Also I asked for two blankets but their order had not come in so I had to buy some extra blankets for us.

Noise never stops

The room was clean and beds comfortable but due to location very noisy! It never stops. Interstate 100 ft away plus airport. Don’t be a light sleeper
