Too loud, too late

There must have been a party in the hotel (no banquet room) and when they let out at 12:30 AM they were extremely loud and obnoxious. I called the front desk to do something about it and nothing was done. #0 minutes later I had to call back and enquire if they were calling the police or was I since nothing was done about it. When I explained it in the morning the front desk just said to take it up with our management,

Excellent facility inside, staff and the facilities themselves were immaculate and beautiful, and the breakfast was excellent. The outside of the building, you could use some love. When we initially pulled up, we did not think we were at the right place. It is next to low income housing and there is no fence separating that environment from the hotel, which made me feel a little uneasy. The hotel is absolutely beautiful on the inside and the staff took care of us Perfectly, no issues, it just looks a little different and threatening from the outside.

The price of our room was really a good price for a suite. I liked having a seperate area with an additional TV and the bathroom away from the sleeping area. The staff was very friendly and accommodating when we had unexpected situations arise. Our room was facing the expressway, so the noise could have been a big problem, but the sleeping area was on the opposite side so being able to sleep wasn't a big issue. The most noise came from housekeeping early in the morning with the big carts they have and announcing themselves going in the rooms. Overall it was a great stay and will book with them again.

Reasonably priced. Very clean. Great staff. Good breakfast. Pet friendly. Relatively quiet for being next to the interstate. Only downside was the room layouts for the king suite. The bedroom area & living area seemed to be layed out backwards. The bedroom was nearest the entry door, living area in the next room with the bathroom. I would still stay there again. Very nice place.

Get what you pay for - Clean & Cheap

Cheap, Very Clean, Hard Beds, Free Hot Breakfast but not great, free wifi. Zero Noise Barrier. So loud with the highway we couldnt sleep on the 5th floor at all for the whole night just tossed and turned.
