I had the little king suite with the wet bar. It was a very comfortable and quiet room. There was a lot of space. The bed was big and comfy and the tv was really nice with lots of options for streaming or live tv. My only complaint is when I was showering, the shower door kept on sliding open.

Love this hotel! They have gates that lock at night and you can’t get in without a key. Beds are super comfortable and staff is wonderful as well!

It was great for our short stay during orientation at Texas Tech. Clean and comfortable. I love the bathrooms at Hampton Inns.

Stay was good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Ran out of breakfast buffet food before 8am and took very long to stock the food. Other than that it’s a great place to stay. Will definitely be staying here again when I visit my son at Texas Tech!!!!

Need to work on breakfast....

Breakfast provided left much to be desired... Came to breakfast 2 days at 8:30am and they were already out of yogurt, bread & waffle mix then had to wait on eggs and sausage to be replenished. Potatoes were undercooked and unseasoned. The juice bar was so watered down you couldn't tell which juice flavor you were drinking. The following 2 days, completely out of waffle mix which was pretty much only edible thing there. Had to eat toast and cereal... so disappointing.

Poor maintenance follow up.

The tv didnt work. They did come fix it right away. The tub shower connection was so bad you were standing in water the whole shower the toilet after flushing required jiggling the handle to get water back in it and the sink drain dripped on the floor..... clearly nobody is checking on things regularly.....
