Bathroom is old and somewhat ugly. Breakfast area was being renovated and the food was hidden behind a wall. First breakfast was cold. Second day breakfast was great. Hallways going to rooms were very dusty and workers present. Hotel is very large so one section at a time should be closed for repairs.

When I got to my room, there was a pair of men’s dirty underwear hanging over the shower curtain rod. The front desk sent I made, and she asked me if I had gloves to give them. I spoke to the manager, and he seemed uninterested and even offering an apology. Would never stay there again.

The staff make this rating four stars. The room was less than perfect, in need of serious updates. Bed was comfortable, bath needs work. The staff was excellent, all the way around, from the pick up at the airport all the way through check out. Friendly, courteous, and responsive.

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were amazing from the night reception to very since bartender. I loved the atrium needs more plants though-there,other than that this will be my #1 place to stay in Lubbock TX. Close to Medical hospitals and Doctors offices.

The room was clean, beds, comfortable, toilet paper holder was loose and probably needs looked at. Breakfast was pretty good. The front desk said there was a waffle bar but there wasn't. Omelet was good, would like to see ham as one of the omelet ingredients added.
