Not so great.

Room was hot and never got real cool. Hallways seemedcto be unair conditioned. Upon arrival around 1:30p we were told check-in was 3p. Matter of factly, not let me see if your room was ready etc. I had requested that our room had 2 queen beds after i had made the reservation for a single King...i even called both the hotel AND hotels.com to make sure this request was updated in the system. I was informed by the front desk that it was not changed and I had to pay more money for this. Which I did, when they came to clean our room we were out in mtgs they replenished our towels etc. They took my personal hair towel that was not white like the hotel towels...the beds weren't made or anything. We opted to leave after iur mtgs and didnt even stay the 2nd night.

The only thing that I would say keeping it from the 5 stars is the continental breakfast was just okay. Also, it would be helpful to have somewhere to hang your towels in the bathroom, besides right by the toilet.

I loved how clean it was. I mean spotless. I didn't like that the breakfast was limited. Waffle machine was broke too. But it is very convenient just of the freeway.

The carpet was ripped up in the room with the sub floor exposed. It didn't seem very clean. The breakfast was out of most items by 8:30am. They did have a waffle maker but there was someone standing there with 10 cups of batter.

Clean, peaceful hotel…I hope to come back…I gave 4 stars because they can improve on the breakfast choices. Overall, I would rather stay here than any other hotel around the area. I will surely come back since my dear daughter will be attending Texas Tech…

There was a large family on our floor w lots of kids. I guess because we are also black they assumed we would be ok w it. We got very lil sleep to say the least.
