Employee who checked us in was so pleasant, polite and professional! Lighting in the room was horrible!! Don't like the fact that we could see light from the hallway shining through the side edge of our door, near the bottom left corner. Seal needs to be replaced.

Not much to offer for breakfast. They had some half and half for coffee but ran out and didn’t have any the next day either. Front desk person was responsible for breakfast area as well and didn’t have time for it. Needed a tooth brush and was charged a dollar for a throw away tooth brush! Will not stay here again

Not the best experience… Main Bed was rock hard, room smelled a bit like vomit when I first got there, mattress on fold out couch was gross (food chunks under mattress, mattress was stained and not in mattress protector)and proper bedding was never given for it. Not enough towels when we got there even though the reservation said 4 people. Breakfast was edible but not great. The food that should have been hot was not kept hot. Room was clean-ish. Bathroom floor looked like maybe someone had vomited and just smeared it food pieces on floor in living area and surfaces were dusty.

Roaches in bathtub. We were trying to eat a little breakfast at 8:45 a.m. and the desk clerk on duty was cleaning and cleared everything before we could get anything. Young Indian guy on duty on December 11th. Rude! Doubtful we would stay there again. in

I called to see if we could check in 45min early after driving 6 hours to get here and they said yes but for $20. We killed time and got back around 3:30 (check in at 3) and the only lady at the front desk saw me and took off. I waited for someone to show up for a good 5-10 min before I walked down the hallway looking for someone to check us in. She finally came off the elevator and was annoyed the whole time. Sent us to a room that they were still cleaning so had to go back downstairs to get another room. The 2nd room smelled so bad we requested a different room and finally got a decent room on the 3rd try.
