Quiet location, near lion monument. Much further from main train station, but easily accessible by bus. Room is big, lotsa walking space even with 2 double beds

The area was very convenient. Close to sites and transportation. It was not as clean as we would have liked and we missed little ammenities like irons. While not the fault of the property, we were awakened by very loud patrons in the middle of the night. Staff did address this. Continental breakfast was very good.

For our room the AC vents were not distributed evenly so only part of the room was getting cool. The breakfast was good even for vegetarian guests. The dining area is accessible even in the evening so guests can enjoy take away dinner.

The hotel is conveniently located with transport facilities and is walking distance to rhe Lucerne train station. However, we had two issues, we had booked for three people and they had only two people on their system, said it was an issue with Expedia who had failed to communicate with them the correct detais; the other issue was there was no hot water on the first day of our stay and staff did not communicte this with us.

Great location nevertheless very quiet at night. Simple but very clean and has everything you need. Only exception: No fridge at the room AND no ice machine. So no possibility to cool your water and other drinks. Bottom line: can really recommend!

Great hotel

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, and the entire property was well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety of fresh options. The location was convenient—just a short bus ride to downtown. Would definitely stay here again!
