The check in process was very long. The staff told us that it will take 10 minutes to have the room ready. After multiple inquiries, it took them 2 hours to get the room ready. We found cockroach in the room.

was the best in ludhiana but has been dropping consistently since the last few years, in cleanliness, food qlty, food variety, etc , but still is the best option in the city until some better option comes up .
