I only have one negative comment. The hotel provides a key with a heavy metal object to carry around while in the hotel. You must give it to the hotel reception before you leave the hotel. The front door is always locked and you have to buzz the bell to be let in, then you have to ask reception for your room key each time they buzz you in. This is an annoying procedure, I like the freedom to come and go without reporting to the front desk each time I come and go. For this reason, I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. It was good in all other aspects though I stayed for 11 nights, and didn't like this. Other hotels give you card which allows you to enter your hotel and room with the card, they should modernize to that system.

Comfortable rooms with working air conditioning. Convenient and close to various parts of the city. Refillable water station provided which is nice. Would stay again when visiting Lyon.

Just between the 2 rivers, very close to restaurants and shops. The staff were all very helpful, especially Lili. We probably won't be back to Lyon, if we are, this will be our place to stay.

the hotel is impeccable, the location is great and the staff is very attentive and efficient. They offer a great breakfast daily at a reasonable price. Overall the place is quiet and the double windows keep any outside noise out I would recommend this hotel highly.

Positive: Despite the central location, the hotel is very quiet. Amazing to sleep. I found the beds very comfortable and the room was also big enough. I didn’t try the breakfast so I cannot say anything about it. The staff was also very nice. What I didn’t like was: I was confused about the room service. I never knew what the cleaning team would clean or replace. It all seemed random. Sometimes I would get a new towel for the floor but not a new one for my body. The protection glass in the shower was too narrow. The floor was always wet.
