Love this hotel. Our room had a spectacular bay view. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The location can be beat. It is so easy to get around the city and there is everything you need in walking distance.

Fantastic staff, clean but very noisy room heater banged every time it ran and I could hear people in the hallway. I could also hear construction starting at 7 am. If not for that, I would give them 5 stars based on staff, comfort, and decor

The hotel is in a great location, right by the Inception crosswalk. However, the check-in experience was disappointing. We were first given a queen room, and the heating situation was terrible. The room never warmed up, and when we asked for help, the only solution offered was another thin comforter. With two stiff comforters on top of me, I still felt freezing. The room temperature dropped to 58°F, and we had no choice but to call again to request a room change. The night staff responded very slowly, and her tone over the phone sounded impatient, which made the situation even more unpleasant. Fortunately, we were eventually moved to a king room with a functioning heater—thank goodness—but the overall experience before that was quite disappointing.

We arrived a little early and they graciously held our luggage for us while we wandered the city. When we checked in, the front desk girl kindly upgraded us to a corner room with a beautiful view. The room was very spacious and clean, and we loved the ambiance of the hotel. The location was great as it was kind of central to many things we wanted to do. We walked a lot and took the bus a lot and it was very easy to find our way around.
