Very good in all respects

My stay was very good in all respects, comfortable, clean and very well managed. Breakfast was always excellent. The hotels decor was also very interesting and comfortable to admire. I have no hesitation in highly recommending Howarth House.

Brilliant property, only short walk from the train station & the shops etc, very clean, great value, nice breakfast, nothing seemed too much trouble, I randomly needed some super glue & it was provided 😀

Very functional family room

We enjoyed our stay - the main room was a little small, but the bunkbeds in a separate room are ideal for families who would like their kids to go to bed before they do.

From the moment we entered the car park we knew it would be a lovely stay. Howarth house is beautiful, the decor is amazing, the rooms are quaint, immaculate and homely. The host goes out out of her way to help and make you feel comfortable. Breakfast is just amazing, many options available. It is pet friendly and our dog was made to feel as welcome as we were. We have stayed in Lytham many times but will never stay anywhere else again. Wish we would have been staying for longer and we’ll be booking to go back soon.

Great night stay

It is a lovely Bed and Breakfast. The room was lovely, it had a small patio to sit out in the sunshine. The place is very clean, staff are very helpful & friendly. There is a lot of choice for breakfast, it was ver nice. We have booked to come back next month.

Very welcoming host who made me feel at home as soon as I arrived. The room/bathroom were spotless! I had a great nights sleep, a lovely hot shower in the morning followed by an amazing tasty breakfast! A 5 min walk will get you to a nice beach, lots of places to have lunch/dinner and a M&S food for snacks. The car park is small so if you want to park there arrive early. If not there is parking on the street outside on a wide road that is free.

Was greeted on late arrival by Sue absolute gem. I had booked last available room last minute but she was there to meet me and explain room was tiny and she would move me following day when another room became available which she did with no hassle just pack everything up leave itvand we will move it and have new room ready when you return. This place is a little gem of a place i was amazed at how accomadating for dogs with bowls towels mats etc. Would recommend and will stayvagain with my pooch when i go back that way. Thank you again to Sue and staff
