We paid for what we saw in the pictures, but in reality the Matsubara hotel is not what you see there. The pictures on Expedia are from when the hotel was new. The rooms are old, dirty and poorly maintained. We only spent a few hours until we decided to go to another place.

Infelizmente o hotel não tem nada haver com o que está no site . Assustei quando chegamos . Pelo preço pago por diária tinha que ser melhor bem melhor. Cama horrível a minha estava com o pé quebrado etc. Se vc olhar o botel por fora da até medo sinceramente eu não recomendo pra ninguém

Hotel precisa de reforma urgente

O prédio é antigo e não recebe uma reforma há muito tempo, falta pintura e cuidado com manutenções dos chuveiros (não fechava completamente, mesmo depois da reclamação no balcão) e torneiras. A porta do armário estava emperrada. o piso do quarto estava sujo e mesmo depois de solicitar a limpeza, não era possível andar descalço. O parque aquático é bom, e os salva vidas são bastante atentos principalmente com as crianças. durante a semana tem atividades para as crianças das 18h as 20h o que foi muito legal. um dos elevadores ficou fora de serviço, eles são muito velhos e carecem de manutenção. Não recomendaria o hotel, o parque sim, mas o hotel está muito mal cuidado.

O quatro é grande e espaçoso, confortavel, mas é antigo. A parte externa precisa com urgencia de uma reforma completa. O café da manha era o chamativo do hotel nos anos anteriores. Mas atualmente o café da manha decaiu muito.

O hotel não corresponde as imagens divulgadas no site. O hotel é insalubre. O meu quarto tinha infiltrações; mofo; vazamentos; cupim; o ar condicionado não funcionou. Um absurdo. Perdi meu passeio. O parque aquático é sujo; a água da piscina estava suja; os tobo águas são velhota e enferrujados com risco de desabamento.

Qualidade caindo a cada ano

No apto a agua da pia só saia quente e o frigibar é minusculo para nao caber nada que o hospede traga de fora, alem disso nao gela muito. No parque aquatico eles ficam revesando os toboaguas, parte funciona de manha e parte funciona a tarde. Nao tem mais garcom, temos que ficar levantando toda hora e ir no caixa que fica distante para pagar as coisas antecipadamente.
