The hotel is no more than 2 stars, it was not very clean, breakfast was very limited and nor good at all. Staff was was ok but overall I did not feel safe and this is definitely not a three star hotel. Everything was average.

Uncomfortable experience

The place is really nice and clean. However, the unfortunate thing happened beyond their control. There was a black out in the district and the hotel have no generator. Weekend in one night and arrived at 4pm. The black out occurred from 8pm to past our check out time which checked out at 3:30am as we have to catch a bus to Machu Picchu. It was a very uncomfortable experience that should have at least had a remedy or other special accommodations or some compensations for the guests.
