Compare Hotels with Parking in Madison Heights

The room across the hall had pets that barked into the night and early in the morning. Front desk was unable to correct due to hotel being at capacity. We had traveled from PA to visit Liberty Univ., and the dogs made rest/sleep difficult.

It was just okay. For the rate and location I would have expected never amenities and finishes

Room was clean, bathroom area small, bed very comfortable. Very good location in Liberty University area. Easy to get in and out of. Only complaint was room had no means to make coffee or tea. Had a microwave but no coffee or even cups to warm up anything to make a beverage. Breakfast was ample but eating area tables hard to get into with set up. Would stay again as long as price stays reasonable.

This hotel was truly exceptional—every detail felt thoughtful and warm. From the outstanding service by Jordan and Jonathan to the incredible restaurants and the overall atmosphere, everything came together to create such a memorable experience.

I could not ask for anything more. I hesitate to leave a good review because I don’t want to have it sold out next time I’m in town, or the prices raised. But I have to be honest, it is the best out of several in town that I have tried. It’s always very clean, and perfect in every way I need when visiting my student. The breakfast is exactly what I like and the tv doesn’t require me to find one of the college kids to come figure out for me. There is actual water pressure and the thermostat really works like it should. The price is always competitive with the other hotels but the value is much better. If I have to have a criticism I’d say the walls are a little thin so you hear everything in the hallway and the neighbors bathroom but everything else makes up for it. This has been my go to the last 3 times in town.
