The stay was really great! There were a few people partying in the middle of the night and the walls aren’t super soundproof, so I could hear them. Otherwise, the facilities were very nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

The room was nice. The bed was amazing! A little issue with the shower n shampoo was empty but would definitely stay again. Breakfast was good. Loved the biscuits and gravy! Staff were nice. Thank you!

The worst stay ever

This was a shelter for single moms and children. Loud all night with people arguing, children crying. I checked out after the first night. People smoking inside. Terrible.

Walls are pretty thin, heard kids crying/playing in the early morning hours. Smell of smoke was strong, had to change rooms. Room was clean. Breakfast was rough. Dirty and unkept breakfast area.

Filthy room

Bathroom and bedroom walls were filthy. Area around trash can in the bathroom were stained with garbage and grime marks. The area above the headboard hand dirty hand prints all over it and there were the same on the wall. The toilet area walls had to be wiped down but the stained areas remained. It needs to be cleaned and repainted.

The hotel itself seemed nice, however the first room I was put in the door couldn’t lock and the caulk in the shower was coming off. We were relocated to a quieter, lockable room which was great, however the shower had hair on the wall and was obviously dirty. It took 25 minutes just to get someone to the desk to get a towel and be moved. The breakfast was delicious though.

Dropped the kid off and stayed here overnight

Close to campus and great for a short stay! Pool area was busy and loud. Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was fair but did offer eggs, ham and potatoes.

Please don’t stay here

Dirty bedsheets, phone was full of paint or something. Smears of some thing all over the walls and no one answered when I called done for an extra blanket. I called 7 times. I was in a domestic abuse situation and really just needed a safe place to stay but not was gross.

Check in and out was extremely easy and quick. We arrived around 9pm. As others have indicated, there was the appearance of questionable activity both in the lobby and outside the hotel. The elevator and hallways smelled like marijuana. Once in our room, we felt safe. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable overall. We felt the amenities were lacking a little. An extra towel for stepping onto as you exited the shower would've been nice. There was no soap dish for the hand soap. We had to use the box the soap was in. There was a spot for a body wash pump in the shower, but it was empty. The bathroom sink drained extremely slowly. The hotel.com listing said the hotel had a bar, which it did, but must not ever be open. I could see beer in the cooler and inquired about buying some. All the employee said was, "No." We didn't use the pool area or eat breakfast, so I cant comment on those. I did get a cup of coffee though, which was just tasteless, scalding, brown water. Coffee in the rooms would also be nice. All of that aside, that doesn't mean i wouldn't stay here again. The price was reasonable and it was close to where our daughters live. I'm only posting this review so people know what they're signing up for.
