Good size room and bathroom. Self-parking was only a small cost and convenient. I love that the staff had a list of things to do, restaurants, etc. Lots do to in walking distance.

The hotel is a mid-rise brick building that was previously a paint factory. It has stylish decor related to the paint factory. Our king suite had a bedroom area, a separate living area, and a double sink bathroom with a double sized shower with two rain shower fixtures. We paid extra for the breakfast at Palette, the restaurant and it was very good. Parking was an extra $20 per night in the adjacent parking garage. We attended a concert at a stadium, and the hotel provided a free shuttle both ways. The hotel is a 15 to 20-minute walk to the capitol building and restaurants. We had a great stay.

Clean and Attractive

The hotel itself is very nice - clean and attractive and, I believe, fairly new. There's a convenient little concession behind the front desk with snacks and drinks. At breakfast (additional charge) the service was friendly and timely, and the food was tasty. The location is hard to describe. There's not a lot in the immediate vicinity (except the Madison water authority); but it's not too far a walk to Williamson Street, where you will find Madison Sourdough - a great place for bread and breakfast - and Lake Monona is a few blocks further on.

Wonderful stay

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle was very useful trying to go around town. The room was very clean and nice/ the whole theme with it being an old paint factory and keeping that history is a nice touch

Great location. We came for a concert across the street at Breese Field. The hotel was super clean. The fitness room was great! The house keeping staff was amazing. Clark at the front desk was super helpful. When we come back to Madison we will stay here again.

First time staying at the Indigo, and I was very impressed. The staff was professional and friendly. The grounds are immaculate and well-kept up. Their conversion of the building was very well done and they've done an excellent job of keeping and telling the history of the building.
