We booked a deluxe double room & the room size was quite spacious for 2 people. It’s no where near high end as the 4 stars suggested. But the room was sufficient, functional, and clean. We were allowed in our room at 12 noon at check-in b/c our flight arrived in Paris early, which we appreciated.

The breakfast buffet was very limited for 20 euro per person. Pd for 2 people and all i had was a croissant and orange juice. My husband had eggs with bacon and coffee and fruit. Would not recommend the breakfast at the hotel. When I mentioned it to the desk, they still charged us for 2 breakfast

The friendliest hotel front desk staff I've ever encountered. Sue, Jean-Marc, and la belle mademoiselle avec cheveaux beaucle made me feel very welcome in Paris. They answered all my questions, tolerated my awful French, and even took the time to teach me some French. Good location to public transport and within walking distance to the Louvre and the bridges. The cleaning ladies were also very helpful. If I ever return to Paris, I would not stay anywhere else.

The hotel was beautiful! The staff was so welcoming and friendly. Jasmine at the front desk greeted me by name each time she saw me. The area was ideal for walking or catching the metro to various sites yet quiet for a good night’s sleep. Highly recommend!

We had a Great Stay Hôtel Etats-Unis Opéra. The Staff was Awesome very helpful and nice. The room was a bit dated but clean and we had all amenities. The location was very convient to many things. The restaurant food was good for what we had and the staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Overall we had a very nice stay. Sincerely, Joyce & Rich Iannicelli
