There is no tv available, and the heat did not work at first until the unit was kicked. There were also bags of dog poop in front of my door.

Yes been without a TV for almost a week not my heat went out two days ago no one came to fix it yet they still trying to make me pay full price I feel I should get some type of money back or discount for the problems that they having I have a 6 month year old and a one year one

There was construction and wiring hanging from the ceiling in the hall. The tv/ cable didn't work because of this. The was a leak in the bathroom and flooding. It seems like house keeping tried wiping it with a towel and then left the soaked towel in the bathroom. The tub was still dirty after checking into the room and we had to wait to check in due to a malfunction with the computer system. Staff was friendly, but not every attentitive.
