Not the best

-Stinky -Took 30 minutes to check in when no one else was there -Door wasn’t working and had to call for assistance -Only bottom wall sockets worked and there were lamps and appliances plugged into them -lights kept flickering -there were half pillows which made sleeping almost impossible -tv doesn’t work

Didn't feel safe 😞

Was told I booked the wrong room and couldn't change it. So i told them to cancel it then they said they could change it. At that time i had already went to another hotel. It smelled so bad, there was arguing in the parking lot and what appeared to be a drug deal. I didn't even take my bags out of my car. Photos on the site are NOT up to date!!! Was not refunded my money either.

Quite questionable.

Found bed bugs once left. bldg was gross smelling and looking. Very damp in room. People sitting at open windows staring at running vehicles in lot. Back corner of lot piled with rubish.

Do not stay unless you have to

There was 2 soft spots in the floor, the handle on the faucet and shower faucet were not clean, the sampoo and conditioner bottles looked used, there was a burn mark on the hair dryer, a trap for bugs, the floor felt gross and the towels were very used (shoud be replaced) i had no choice to stay here due to flight issue's and nothing else available....

Definitely outdated. Only complaints about the room were the bathroom, light didn't shut off, hair in the soap tray and drain had not been cleaned, and some areas on the wall we won't discuss. Not the friendliest front desk service. Was unaware of deposit required. Ok paid and will be returned at checkout. Check out and told you are good. Had to request the deposit back.

The price point wasn’t terrible, the front desk staff was very friendly. Got into my room and it was average, then I noticed blood stains on the pillow, and also the mattress sheet. I was unfortunately too exhausted by this point to go back to the front desk, as I had checked in so 11pm, and had to be on the road at 5 am. I used my backpack as a pillow and sleep on top of the sheets.

Convenient location at the edge of Madison at a good price. Pretty quiet. Downsides: room looked relatively clean but wasn't totally (walked into spiderwebs a few times). There also was no breakfast food, which the website seemed like there would be. Overall, decent stay for the price though.

Would never stay again.

The staff was not overly inviting at checkin. Every hallway had a different smell that was not good. Old, outdated hotel and rooms. To charge anything over minimum nightly fee is beyond ridiculous for an outdated and terrible smelling hotel.

We came in after midnight and they were super flexible with the late check in. However the room was dirty, sunflower seeds on the floor by the bed. There were questionable people hanging around the building, which the hotel probably can’t help but it looked like she had a room. Comfortable bed.

Overall excellent lodging experience. I passed through Madison two times and both times I stayed here. Receptionist was able to accommodate my requests, the facility was quiet, the bed was comfortable. I have no complaints. Thank you.

I rarely give poor reviews, but the property felt sketchy and we’re were uncomfortable with the area. The floor was very dirty and my shoes stuck to the floor when I walked. The bathroom door had a hole in as if someone tore the handle off. There were spider webs on the baseboards in the bathroom, and the tub spout was green from lime buildup. I took pictures and wish I could post them. I would not recommend this place.
