The club room has the best hospitality bar in Madison and the hospitality crew and bartender are still spectacular. The newly remodeled adjacent library, furnished with deep, rich, comfy lounge chairs, stocked with games, a wet bar and spectacular views of the Wisconsin State capital only makes the best better. On Saturday morning we walked to the farmers market. In the evening, fine dining was steps from our room. The Concourse concierge, with exceptional knowledge of what’s going on in Mad-city, had the connections to secure a popular reservation we needed.
The library adjacent to Club level was a fun hangout after breakfast on club level at The Concourse and Governor’s Club in Madison, WI. 07/04/2025

A wonderful place to stay in downtown Madison! A beautiful room with amazing rooms! So nice to walk to the Capitol and Farmers Market!

Great location

Location is great for doing things in downtown Madison. Underground parking is convenient but not included with the stay. Make sure you put your privacy sign on the door or housekeeping may walk in on you even though you have not checked out yet. Included body wash and lotion are nice. Spacious room with lots of plug ins for charging devices. Cooling system works great. We would stay again.

Very helpful and accomodating staff

Stayed for one night for an Ironman race. Staff helped a lot with parking problem. The room was clean and neat. The staff everywhere around teh hotel is friendly an dhelpful. The location, facility, staff, and not so high prices make this hotel to stand out.

Great hotel although didn’t acknowledge VIP status. Not a big deal. Did not like every other day housekeeping in spite of me requesting a daily. COVID is over and if you’re going to be a high end hotel this is not the way. Overall, staff was wonderful.
