Excellent location, small room but clean and it has everything that you need. The only thing is those small bugs on the bedsheets. They are tiny and walking on the bed. It seems that they don't bite.

The Hostal is situated in the busy Centro area of Madrid. Museums, Retiro park, Old Town, great dining and Flamenco is all nearby and what is not close enough to walk to is easily attained by nearby mass transit. I would highly recommend this Hostal for your stay in Madrid.

Hostile with private bathroom.

The apartment was centrally located. It's a small hostile but it does have a private bathroom. It is a bit overpriced for others in the area.

The entrance is a bit tricky. Look for the only stone archway on the facade of the building and enter there. Walk down the small hallway to the end and ring the front desk from an old intercom. They'll buzz you in and then take the elevator to the 4th floor. They'll buzz you in to the hostel entrance when you get to the 4th floor. Nobody spoke English but we found that the front desk is always staffed so you'll be able to get into the property at any time day or night. We had zero problems in this regard. You're within walking distance of Prado, 10 minutes. There are a many, many restaurants and things to do near by. I would stay again without hesitation.

Nice. Comfy. Close to center of Madrid! Receptionist was very helpful. Had 2 twin beds and we were hoping for a double. Very Clean. Rooms are small and seem very close to eachother. Good price.

Great hotel! Private room with double bed and private bath walking distance to all of downtown Madrid! We loved it!!! The staff (especially Elvira) were very informative and really made our dtay wonderful!!!

It was small yet very clean bedroom.and a small fridge with it. Location is excellent and the price is affordable. All in all i could recommend it and would stay there again on my next trip to Madrid.

Central,economical premises

Basic, Cheap Hotel in Good Location

This is a small one floor hotel on a Main Street convenient to all the Madrid attractions. Nothing particularly nice about it, but had a good location and price. This is for a value consumer. I had the single room and it is tiny and the bathroom smelled like smoke. The water pressure at times left some to be desired. Stay here if you want to be between Plaza Mayor and the great art museums; they're 10 minutes walking in either direction. The street gets a bit dark for maybe 1 or 2 blocks right before the hotel and there was a homeless person sleeping outside, but I felt safe.

Great location, reasonable price

Tiny rooms, but clean; very friendly and helpful staff (helpful if you know a bit of Spanish). Good deal all around for this part of Madrid.
