Very consistent excellence, great staff. Rooms, eyc. Hotel is well communicated with public transport. The only drawback is that there are mo stores or restaurants nearby within a short walk. However a bus ride for 1.50 euros gets you these place. Bus stop is in front of hotel for several buses.

Second time in this hotel, first time in 2017 excellent. No this time, lobby and dinning area look awesome; but when you get the room looks completely different. All the walls dirty, the sink and shower drain don’t work properly ( both ) the bathroom door handle it is broken ( I did not reported it; but I don’t know why the cleaning worker don’t reported it ), the toilet seat also broken, not body cream provided, the toilet paper very very cheap. I think, we will not return to Madrid; but if we do, for sure, for sure don’t stay in this 2 1/2 star.

We have stayed at this location many times and at other Illunion hotel locations as well. After this experience I think we will change that habit. We arrived three hours early after having flown 16 hours and wanted to rest, if possible, for a few hours before going to see our new niece. I am a Premium Expedia member who is elegible for free upgrades, early check-ins and late check-outs when possible. This hotel is listed as participating in Expedia's VIP member program, but decided to charge us and extra €20 for early check-in anyway. I requested a refund after remembering that early check-in should have been one of my Premium member benefits but I never received a response.

One night in Madrid

Hotel was a short a short walk from Chamartin station, staff were friendly and efficient. Room was large as was bathroom and coffee facilities in the room were welcome. We didn’t have breakfast as was quite expensive.
