Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, great shuttle service to the airport. Location is great for restaurants to include fast food. Hotel restaurant also very good and the breakfast buffet was the best I had during my 10-day tour of Spain

Booked this hotel for one night prior to an early morning flight from Madrid to Amsterdam. The hotel has a free shuttle to and from all airport terminals which they wrote to us about (with instructions on how to find it at each terminal) in advance of our stay. Check in was easy, the room was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. The ability to make a coffee/tea in our room was very welcome as this was about one of the only hotels in all the countries we visited in Europe where we could do this. The bed was comfortable and the hotel is within easy walking distance of local shops, restaurants etc. In addition to the facilities in the room, there are comfortable areas near reception where you can sit, chat with friends or catch up on some work or reading. Would stay here again and highly recommend it for its great proximity to the airport, the free shuttle and the hotel facilities.

Hotel was average but nice. I’ll never understand why a four bed family room comes with two towels. Shuttle bus was a joke; bags rolling all over the place like a clown car. stay somewhere else and uber. Positive: kids said the beds were comfortable, high praise for a foldout.
