The best hotel I have been in Madrid! I travelled this time with my 6 months baby. The room was amazing and spacious including a cot with beautiful children bedding. My baby slept wonderful. Fantastic hotel in a very convenient part of Madrid. The room was very comfortable and everything perfect. This hotel is much better value than those closer to museums, but it was very well connected by metro lines. It also is next door to a major department store, and various restaurants, and also not far from the Principe Pio railway station. I will stay here again.

The property was fully renovated and very clean, which made the stay comfortable. There were serious issues with the air conditioning in the rooms. It kept turning off, was hard to control, and didn’t cool the room properly. We were very uncomfortable due to the heat.
