My experience was pretty good. The location is 10/10. The hotel was clean, renovated and staff very friendly. The bedroom has a nice decor and very comfy. They are still doing construction, and I’m sure the hotel will look beautiful once completed.

This is a beautiful hotel but a bit impersonal. We were there 3 nights and staff didn't really speak with us except to check us in. Our room on the eighth floor had the most amazing view of Madrid. The hotel is under construction so some amenities were not available but the bedding was very nice and we made the most of our stay.

Hotel extraordinário

Achei que o hotel superou muito minhas expectativas. Hotel muito organizado, funcionários sempre simpáticos e solicitos, hotel muito bonito, bem cuidado, cheiroso, instalações modernas nas áreas comuns e nos quartos, que são confortáveis, modernos, enxoval novo e de boa qualidade, linda vista pela janela dos quartos, funcionários entregam mimos nos quartos (chocolates) todos os dias. Além disso a localização é muito boa, muito perto do metrô, cafés, merdados e El Corte Inglês. Quero parabenizar a todos do hotel, tive uma experiência incrível!!!
