Stayed for Honeymoon.

Was a nice warm motel to stay in. The only complaint is how noise the stairs are and how noise the door is. There were planes flying over a night but couldn't hear onces the door was closed No soap that worked . Got wat we paid for really

Location wise is not very good as its situated behind offices and shoplots. Pretty dodgy for foreigner! Room has no heater or electric blankets. Its winter and the bed is only covered in dusty bedsheet without duvet or quilt. After we made complain then we were given a duvet. Refrigerator is somewhat broken looking with very thick iceberg!! Noise wise. Terrible!! We could hear footsteps when people walking from room to room amd slamming their doors..when tv is switched on next door, people walking along the corridor. Its a nightmare really. Overall..cleanliness is OK but We will never ever stay here again and for the price we pay, its a total rip off!!

It was convenient to go airport. Arriving late wasn't a problem for check in. Clean facility and everything was there like expected. Milk in fridge (often have to remind hotel)

Horrible place to stay. Avoid

Horrible experience. A/C is broken in the room. Booked a non-smoking room but had 2 smokers as neighbors. Drift smoke came through our window. Couldn't close the window because there is no other ventilation to the room and no A/C. Room was very humid and hot. A lot of bugs. Floor was dirty, towels were dirty. Bathroom had drain on the floor that had water back flooding out. At night there was loud music from surrounding buildings.

Have travelled extensively around NZ at this hotel was asked to produce licence for I'D was ok with that but very unhappy that he took a picture of my ID on his phone had to ask him to delete it as made me very uncomfortable.

Cant handle the temperature in the room

I will never ever book this hotel anymore. The air hose is broken. We were trying to fix it but we cant. We ending up slept at about 3 in the morning.

It was not a great experience. Hard to find and alot of noise in morning. No aircon and bed was not the best. Straf could hardly speak english.
