The hotel is very nice and the front desk personnel was very helpful and friendly. However, the rooms need attention. The floor carpets are very dirty, the doors are damaged, the AC unit filter was covered in dust. Beds were very clean though. The hotel needs to renovate the rooms. The rest of the hotel is great and clean.

The location of this property is excellent however the property it self is old and dirty my room had cracks on the ceiling it looked that is was falling down. The out side of the hotel and the lobby are nice but the rooms are old and the carpet on the hallway is discussing.

The room was spacious. The staff was perfect. The breakfast buffet was good also. I stayed in two different rooms during my stay there. One of the rooms had a constant sewage smell. The second room was great.

I wouldn’t consider this a 4-star hotel. The furniture was old and worn, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room. Overall, the condition felt more like a 2-star hotel. However, the location was great — right in the city center and within walking distance to many areas.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the rug was quite stained, and the light switches were erratic. The rooftop patio and bar were fantastic. And the staff was very friendly. However, the place does need some renovations. The rugs in the hallways were also worn.
