Pros: The reception staff is excellent - helpful, informative, kind, and reserved a taxi to the airport for me. Check-in and in-and-out access is easy. The location is terrific and walkable to all the big attractions in Madrid. Plenty of furniture and kitchen accessories. Was great to have a fridge for groceries. Cons: Priced too high for the quality. Our 2nd story unit had no exterior view, all windows opened to an elevator shaft; this did make it very quiet, no outside noise at all. You will however hear the upstairs neighbors including bathroom use noise. Some significant upkeep issues: filthy baseboard appeared to be covered in mildew, shower leaked onto the floor, some mold in shower and floor grout throughout, sink faucet heads need to be removed and cleaned (a chunk of black slime came out of one bathroom faucet during use and the kitchen faucet head had visible slime on it). With better attention to cleanliness/hygiene, this place would be great because of its location unfortunately, in its current condition, our apartment at least was unhygienic. I would not stay there again.

The apartment was clean and spacious and the staff were very helpful in every way. While the location was very convenient the street was a little noisy at points in the night - I guess that is what you might expect in a city at fiesta time.

Quiet, clean, large living areas and close to many desirable areas. Bed and convertible couch was somewhat uncomfortable. Likely a cultural difference but no tissues, paper towels, plastic wrap, or salt/pepper. I would recommend.

We had a comfortable stay , has water to share and coffee. Got there at midnight, so we checked out around 10 am , they kept our luggage since we need to roam around a little bit . It is a good location and the personnel at the reception is friendly and helpful his name is Ivan .

We had a very good time in this hotel, everything was good and comfortable. Check in process was good and easy and they allow us to get to the room earlier then check in time, it was very nice of them. Highly recommend this place. A lot of restaurants and important places were within walking distance.

Met our needs

I was looking for a 1 bed apartment with a sofa bed and 2 bathrooms and was happy to have found this. Price was reasonable and location was very central. Only complaint is that the sofa bed was quite springy so may not be great for some but I still slept well. Unfortunately some other guests were noisy coming down the stairs in the mornings so that woke me up but that's not the responsibility of the hosts.

The staff were pleasant and helpful at all times. The two guys at reception were amazing made our stay very pleasant. The apartment has plenty amenities. We stayed in a one bed and it was quiet spacious and comfortable. The property is in the heart of Granvia few steps away from metro, the bus, grocery shops and great shopping experience. Reception is open upto 6pm only and cleaning is not done daily otherwise every thing else was fantastic
