Breakfast staff is amazing

Fantastic visit the food staff Paulo she was delightful to see everyday and helped us get comfortable in the morning Unfortunately, we were greeted by Andy whoAndy greeted rudely and not warm and welcoming. I recommend you retrain him or remove him

Hotel muy caro por el servicio, no limpiaron bien el cuarto durante 3 noches no rellenaban el serví bar , nadie te ayuda con maletas , la habitación muy normal e interior con vista a un cubo interior horrible por el precio hay mucho mejores opciones

Hotel muy cuidado en sus detalles de restauración, ubicado en el barrio de Salamanca. Ideal para ir caminando a diferentes puntos de interés y compras en la bella Madrid. Su habitación es muy limpia, cómoda y equipada con todo lo necesario: minibar, caja fuerte digital y hervidor de agua. Su staff es muy amable y colaborativo. Sin duda volvería a reservar.
