Amazing and friendly staff…we arrived early on a morning train. Room was ready early after waiting a short while in comfortable lobby bar. Great location. Across street Reina Sophia and couple blocks from train station. Will stay here again.

Location is great but other than that, it’s OK. Check in takes forever!! During our stay, we encountered RED Ants and had to dispose off anything on floor during checkout (including socks ) since it was covered with ants.

The stay was lovely. However, our stay included a complimentary drink but when we asked for a beer we were told no alcoholic drinks this was not specified at time of check in or on the card which had a lively wine glass on it. Assumption a complimentary drink would also include beer, wine or cocktail. Also, a guest had left food on our floor and it sat there for two days until I mentioned it to Reception.

Hotel was ok but some of the people who work in the restaurant make you wait for 30 mins for a very simple thing you ask. Also one of the restaurant manager who name was Lucia, was SO RUDE AND DID NOT KNOW HOW TO COMMUNICATE WITH PEOPLE. I would NEVER stay there after this experiences.

I spent four nights while visiting for an event and enjoyed every night sleep.The rooms are updated and comfortable. I would stay here again and recommend it as a good option for convenience and comfort.

The location is perfect. It is walkable to everywhere - tourist attractions, the bus to the airport, train station and many restaurants. The breakfast was delicious and varied ( they even catered for GI❤️), the staff were so helpful, the indoor bar was a great place to relax and the rooftop bar was also great. The only negative was the nightclub next door. We could hear the music in our room until 3am, the music was muffled, it was more the beat of the music that vibrated. While this didn’t really bother us, it may others. Perhaps ask for a room away from the noise. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel inside but very noisy nightclub next door meant non stop noise in the early hours of the morning with groups existing the club waiting outside hotel , noise unbearable to be able to sleep

Great location and nice room

This hotel is in an excellent location- close to the train station, and the Prado. Gran Via is only 15 min away, and the historic centre about 20 min. There are lots of restaurants in the area. Our room was small but comfortable, nicely decorated and appointed. We faced the street but had no issue with noise.
