The property has a 12 acres estate with olive groves and a large garden with a huge private swimming-pool (14x7 meters) set on a sun terrace with lovely views over one of the best countryside of Italy.

The Maremma is in the south-western portion of Tuscany and continues across the regional border into Lazio. The nearest bars, shops and restaurants are 8 km away at Magliano in Toscana. A further selection can be found at nearby Scansano (13 km). The closest beach is only 20 minute drive. Touring options might include the famous hot spring of Saturnia, 40 minutes, the beaches and villages of Monte Argentario, 45 minutes, or the glorious Monti D'Uccellina reserve, 30 minutes.
