Beautiful, historic inn located in the Fort Conde area of Historic Mobile. There are multiple properties to stay in, however we preferred the “Inn” also know as the “Hall-Ford” House. The bistro across the street is a MUST-DINE whether brunch or dinner. We loved this place and will be back!

Nice historical place to stay. The Bistro was excellent for dinner and drinks. Breakfast was eventful albeit busy the following morning. I would definitely recommend and stay again if my travels allow.

It is beautifully historical restoration. There is a book of before and after. There were fresh fragrant flowers arrangements everywhere. Im not sure if they were left by a wedding. The mattress was very comfy and floors very clean. The Bistro is excellent, I would recommend ordering the lump crab or shrimp benedict even if you have the voucher, will be a little extra. Good air conditioning split unit. Very friendly check in. Price was very affordable. Thank you, second time Ive stayed and very consistent.

Interesting property in an antebellum house. Parking is on the street, a stylish restaurant (part of the property) providing breakfast and dinner is kitty-corner from the house. Quiet, safe, and charming neighborhood — definitely recommended!

A visit to the past

Nestled in a little enclave in downtown Mobile, we arrived in a historic section of the city with the hotel right in the middle. It felt like stepping back a century. Cobble stone streets with gas lights welcome you to this restored building from the 1800s, but with all up to date amenities. Our room was beautiful. The bathroom spacious with a four legged bathtub that tempted you to take a long, warm bath. It was sad that we only had one night. We can’t wait to come back.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful, clean, very good staff. A little path from the parking area would be a nice addition to the back door from the building where we stayed, but other than that we would be happy to stay there again.
