Friendly staff ,clean room, with jacuzzi in room Complimentary breakfast is good , they change it every day except waffles. Hotel is not far from Oaklawn track, or downtown Hot Springs, I would recommend this hotel !

“Wonderful stay in Hot Springs! The location was perfect, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, with an exceptionally cozy bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The breakfast selections were excellent as well. Highly recommend!”

We came up from all parts of Arkansas our little group to see the lights at Garvin Gardens. Our rooms were absolutely Mulate. Everything was nice and clean. The breakfast bar was amazing. The lady that was in charge of the breakfast bar was working so hard to take care of all of us thank you definitely will rent at this place again

The property was clean, and the staff was very friendly. However, our bed could have been more comfortable (we had a king bed suite with a hot tub) Also, I did see some long hair on the floor in the bathroom--and I know it wasn't mine because my hair is short and so is my husband's. But the pool area was nice and peaceful, and it was easy to get to our room into attractions in the area.

Shower is the worst I’ve experienced- really terrible. I was able to request one day of housekeeping for my four day stay. Breakfast was pretty standard. Apart from check-in, the staff was very friendly. The rooms aren’t suites, just large rooms. There are some restaurants fairly close by. If the room had cost less, or been an actual suite (as implied), I would have rated higher.
