One of my Victoria favourites.Had a marvellous stay here in April. Welcoming and professional staff, renovated comfortable rooms that were exceptionally clean with lux touches, There were also discounts offered at the local pub/restaurant and lovely specialty wine store just adjacent to the hotel. All for a very reasonable price point.

My son and I were so happy that this location is right in downtown city center in Victoria BC ! :) Everywhere we visited like The Parliament, Craigdarroch Castle, Royal British Museum, shopping like in Lululemon, restaurants, Fisherman's Wharf, cruise port terminal, little affordable and nice eateries, convenience stores are ALL walking distance from our Strathcona Hotel :) Going to and from Bouchart Gardens is just one bus ride for a very affordable fare and bus stations are very close and walking distance again from our hotel. We loved it, made a good choice :) Highly recommended.

Well for the price very small room but very clean and comfortable. Did not like the fact that once I opened the screen for the window it was just wall of the building like very very close no view at all made the stay feel confined and like a dungeon. Would not stay there again due to the window and small size of the room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. After check-out, I realized I hadn't filled my water bottle, but not to worry, Jesse filled it for me! The only inconvenience was a shelf directly above the sink, which made it difficult to put my mouth near the sink when brushing my teeth.
