1BR/2BA with 3 queen and one twin beds, less than 300m from the Village Gondola, Bike Shuttles to Lake Mary and Main Lodge Bike Park, and the bottom of town trail. The unit has a queen bed in the loft bedroom, a second queen foam floor mattress, + queen sleeper sofa and twin sleeper in the downstairs living room.
This is a newly refreshed 700 square foot loft one bedroom less than 300m from the Village--the Gondola to Canyon and Eagle Lodge, Shuttles to Tamarack Cross-Country Lodge, and the Red Lines that will take you directly to the Main Lodge and the Gondola to the top.
The kitchen boasts custom quartz countertops, modern cabinetry and appliances and is fully equipped. The living rooms and bedrooms both have Roku TV, Sonos sound bars and Enterprise WiF covers the entire unit. The upstairs enclosed loft bedroom has a memory foam queen bed, as well as a second queen memory foam floor mattress that is perfect for young kids. Downstairs, the sleeper sofa contains a queen and a second twin mattress running perpendicular,, and we include down comforters, memory foam pillows, and high quality linens for three beds. You can comfortably sleep a family with little kids in the loft, or a group of friends can split the the floors comfortably and each have their own separate bathroom and shower.
Guests have exclusive access to the interior areas of the condo, any firewood or sleds on the deck, all amenities inside, as well as a maximum of (2) parking spaces when vehicles are identified by a parking pass. Access to the pool, jacuzzi, laundry room, sauna showers, and grill and lounge area is controlled by the HOA and shared with the condo complex.
There is a single security camera placed on the entrance windowsill covering the exterior front door entrance and exterior patio that does not record audio. We have never had issues with burglaries or stolen items and accept no liability and guests agree to hold us harmless in the event of a criminal act. We reserve the right to, in some cases, record the entrance of guests who arrive after 10pm solely to defend accusations made to our complex HOA Board regarding excessive noise.
We'll occasionally be around to help you get settled in or to answer questions, but if we're not in town, I'll be available by phone. Additionally we have an on call manager available for emergencies.
In the heart of Mammoth, our condo serves as the perfect gateway to year-round adventures. Whether you're new to the area or a returning visitor, Mammoth Lakes brims with activities for everyone. The Mammoth Shuttles stops within 200 yards of your front door. You can take the Blue o Yellow line to Eagle and Canyon Lodges, or the Red Line up to Main Lodge, and they are all free. Even better, take the Village Gondola directly to Canyon Lodge. Getting around Mammoth via shuttle bus, bike or car is very easy too, but our place is walkable to all the shops and restaurants and Gondola in the Village so you don't have to.
The Home Owners Association prohibits renters with pets. If you will be accompanied by a Service Animal please, let us know prior to arrival and complete the "Service Dog Registration Form" available at HIDDENVALLEYMAMMOTH dot COM under the FORMS header.
One of our Board Members (Ruth Wheeler, HVVOA INFO > HVVOA BOARD OF DIRECTORS) and our Managers (Curt and Karen House ABOUT > ONSITE MANAGEMENT) have been INCREDIBLY suspicious of Disabled Guests who are accompanied by a Service Animal. On multiple occasions, they have confronted Disabled Guests to determine whether the Guest is misrepresenting a pet as a Service Animal. Sometimes this is due to the breed of the Dog, or because a Disability isn't clearly apparent. Please familiarize yourself with them so that you aren't startled if Ruth, Karen, or Curt approach you or a disabled member in your Group to conduct their 'investigation.' They are only authorized to ask the following:
1. Is the dog a service animal required for a Disability?
2. What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
This unit has been certified with by the Town of Mammoth Lakes with an Occupancy Limit of (4).
Bluesapalooza is a yearly Mammoth festival hosted in the adjacent forest venue during early August and music is audible from the unit between the hours of 4:30-10:30PM.
Finally, there is a single security cameras covering the exterior front door entrance and exterior patio. We have never had issues with burglaries or stolen items and accept no liability and guests agree to hold us harmless in the event of a criminal act. The camera exists for the sole purpose of defending our Guests against inaccurate reports of exceeding Town Occupancy limits, violating the no-pet rule, or having more than (2) vehicles.
