The beds were slightly firm and kind of uncomfortable same with the pillows. They had feather pillows. In the kitchen they had a dining set, but the seats were really out of comfortable. They need to be redone. Also in the summer it’s really hot because they don’t have central airconditioning. Other than that, it was nice.

Upon walking to our room, the room next to us had a used condom and wrapper outside the front door. When I called the front desk for it to be removed, they took 45 minutes to clean it up and never reached out to check how we were doing or what they could do to fix the situation. My children had to see this and it made us uncomfortable for the entire stay. The room itself was ok. The property is worn out. Our room was not as clean as we would have like it. If we were staying longer than a night, I would have had them move us. We couldn't wait to leave. Room was hot, missing screen in one of the bedrooms so we couldn't open the window for air. Disappointed.

Can't beat the location, which is why we selected it. Overall we had what we needed and the stay was generally decent. Feels like a classic lodge. Our unit 3305 was dated, the pull out bed sunk in the middle and was angled down where your head goes. The main bedroom both pillows and bed could use a replacement, we did not sleep well. Loved having hot tubs nearby, but the ones away from the main pool off our building were filthy and only worked one night. The other night we couldn't get the jets to turn on. Our unit faced the shopping strip, which meant at the start of business hours we got to listen to today's top hits on repeat from the tshirt store. Made sitting and talking on the balcony during coffee a bit less enjoyable, but it comes with the territory.
