Breakfast menu was the same for all the days. Service at the breakfast wasn’t great, we had to follow up a few times to get some items delivered to our table. Room service wasn’t great, they cleaned the room only after we request 2 times. In general service can be improved. Some management staffs were not polite (especially Male staffs wearing blazers 😃)

We booked to stay at ITC Grand Chola for a friends wedding celebrations and were not disappointed. The hotels is spotless and the rooms are beautifully decorated. The service was second to none. The restaurants within the hotel were resonably priced and served delicious food. the breakfast covered all cuisines and was served from 0600hrs to 1030hrs so plenty of time to get there. There are 5 pools which look very cleaned and well maintained, however we didn't get to use these. The spa offers a great selection of treatments and I can recommend the massage!

Hotel reasonably close to the airport. Booked a two bedroom, two bath apartment for me and parents. First allotted one had a questionable nicotine odor though it was a non smoking room. Front desk was quick to change the room after we notified them. Really nice of them to do that immediately. All staff were very polite and genuinely hospitable. Food was good at Cafe mercara and Madras pavilion. The Madras pavilion buffet is good but not great. Also the buffets gets crowded at any meal and can be noisy during peak hours. For a hotel this big, I felt the gym was small and no indoor stationery bikes either. Would definitely stay here again since I am a Marriott member, although I would check the other similar hotels in this category too.

Great spacious service apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms was just perfect for our family stay. Th entire hotel was spotless, elegant, and the service was great. The food could be getter for the price. Overall, great hotel to stay. Will do it again the next time we are in Chennai.
