Very poor service and room. People were shouting and cry that is causing me to sleep. Management is very poor. I lost my keys and they were not able to help. You need to spent an hour at reception to get room as they don't know how to use system. Definately not recommended. Car park don't have enough space even if you park your park you cannot come out from car. Worst experience. Please don't spend money on this hotel as they are worthless. You will get more option on expedia. But don't go for it.

The shuttle bus didnt turn up,even though i paid for it has to get taxi ,which was almost "£20 then when i arrived at the hotel they. Couldn't find..my booking so I was not very pleased, never go there again

Very practical stop off point not too far from the airport. Taxi for 3 of us with 3 bags from airport was £17, yet a shuttle would have cost us £14 each.

The room had everything you needed plenty of coathangers and was very clean the staff were polite and very helpfull the breakfast was nice with lots of options to choose from the bar was immaculate and the drinks where reasonably priced

The hotel/room had the weirdest smell, I don’t know what it was but it was terrible! And not having any drinkable water in the rooms or even a water fountain on each floor is ridiculous. There is a kettle in the room but you have to supply your own water?? Reception staff not especially welcoming, the bed was nicely made but I found a long black curly hair when I got into bed, room was pretty cold but it was a very very cold night outside. The room had been cleaned but I think the smell just made everything seem dirty. Couldn’t wait to leave unfortunately.
