Kids run riot in bar - parents not challenged by staff. Bed like a rock pillows barely fit head. Wait for bus was lengthy. When did arrive air crew appear and normal hotel guests dont get on. Waiters/waitresses very pleasant and courteous.

The room was freezing and heating kept switching off, we were then woken up at 6.45am with the cleaner knocking to try and clean room.

I chose this hotel primarily for the free airport shuttle. However, the shuttle service was wholly inadequate. The shuttle was an 8 seater van and there were a lot of people wanting to use the shuttle. There was no proper queue system and we were lucky to have gotten on the van after waiting for about 45mins. The room was also quite dusty especially at the corners and less used areas. There was a lot of dust underneath the beds.

We have stayed at this hotel every year since 2017 except for covid time and always been happy with our stay and the fact we can call to be picked up from the airport to the hotel and returned the next morning is a great bonus
