I am writing to request a partial refund for my recent stay booked through Hotels.com at the Holiday Inn.
Upon check-in, the room (Room 119) had several cleanliness and maintenance issues:
• Bathroom sink was already very dirty on arrival and not draining properly, filling up when used (I have video evidence).
• Empty tissue box in the bathroom upon arrival.
• Dust chunks present on the bed, which is a cleanliness concern.
I have photos and video documenting all of the above issues.
During my stay, I spoke directly with Mel and Gem, members of the hotel staff. They acknowledged the issues and advised that a partial refund could be issued, but that it would need to be processed through Hotels.com, as the booking was made through your platform.
Given the condition of the room at check-in and the inconvenience caused, I believe a partial refund is reasonable and appropriate. I am happy to provide all supporting photos and videos upon request.
