Excellent service with very warm and welcoming staff. Everyone was courteous, kind, and attentive. They responded quickly to our queries and requests, with great communication throughout our stay. From checking in they were disputing that my room did not include breakfast as I had to show them that I did. They then corrected it, however, there were many other issues with the customer service (lack of) with the food service at the pool as well as their rooftop lounge.

We had a great experience here. The room was clean and very spacious. The in-room dining service is good as well. We enjoyed the spa so much! The bar and pool/bar was a great experience. Very lively! The staff is also kind and willing to help with any and everything. We had airport transfer and they handled our luggage with so much care. We really enjoyed our stay.
