Interior of home was clean overall. Fridge and freezer could use a wipe and pantry items could be sorted. We threw out empty packages. Exterior and windows had a lot of cobwebs and bird droppings. Pots, pans, plates etc was well-stocked. Short 10-15min drive to town. Dryer lint screen seems to not have been cleaned in over a year. Had various requests and the central contact normally responded fairly promptly that the issues would be addressed but the actual property manager did not. All other rentals we stay, the property manager responds within an hour if not immediately and issues are resolved within a couple hours or expected ETA. One issue we asked about during our stay never was addressed by the property manager. Maybe due to all the rain we woke up one night and killed 20 mosquitos and the windows weren't open.

Great place to stay for a weekend getaway. Modern and attractively presented. Bedside reading lamps, a clothesline for hanging beach towels & toilet brush wld be appreciated.
