Studio was clean and in an excellent location. Walkable distance to new passenger walkway to terminal 3 . Lots of restaurants & shops on your doorstep. It is a standard studio, but great value for the price. Ms Peach very helpful on our arrival even though we arrived late. Good for a 1 or 2 night stop

The wallpaper was peeling, parts of the room were not painted. Window shades were damaged. There is a lingering seems like a dead rat odor that I had to leave the window open overnight to release the smell. As a result, unable to sleep because of the noise outside. Tiny ants crawling on the dining table. Slow waterflow in the shower. For 2 days a the elevator was shut down that we had to walk all the way to the north tower to use the elevator. The only positive side of our stay was the housekeepers trying so hard to accommodate the defects of our stay. The room needs a drastic renovation!

I had a larger room booked with another hotel, but they canceled on me the day before our arrival. This was the onlyn room available in Newport Village. The staff were great! The check in was easy. The room was small but even with 5 guests we were comfortable. There were no cockroaches in the room like in the last place I stayed at, which was a plus..
