Very dirty

It is a hotelcondo so the front desk will not help you at all. You have to call the number on your email and then wait for someone to show up. The pillowcases were stained and I had a brand new pair of white socks that became black from just walking around the place. I had reserved it for 2 nights but left after the first night. Of course they wouldn't give me my money back for the second night. I tired to include a picture of my socks and the pillow case but was unable to. Maybe Hotels.com only allows you include pictures when it is a favorable review.

Birch tower is a great place to stay if you want convenience. There are multiple hosts offering stays in the same building so keep that in mind. I can tell you this host takes hospitality to heart and is very accommodating to guest needs. She has multiple units, mine had a great view of the city skyline!

Worst stay of my life

Horrible apartment. Ageing condo, lift can shutdown anytime, water heater not working at all. Have to skip bathing in cold water. Check in by an old lady, front desk is not gelpful at all. Internet always down. Aircomd is noisy and not cool. Overall is a horrible experience.
