No iron in the room and no hotel info in the room. If you had a question with regards to laundry, facilities, breakfast times, courtesy transfer to airport etc - you had to constantly ask at the front desk which quite often had queues.
Over the weekend they are incredibly busy and the numbers within the hotel seem to triple. This meant we had to wait in a long line for a table at breakfast and then they had "run out" of some items like bacon and pancakes.
Couldn't fault staff - they were always super helpful and polite and very professional at all times.
The music in the pool area is very loud. Would be nicer to have it at a level where it is just background noise and not so loud.
Not sure if it was the level we were on, but we had the constant smell of fresh paint in the corridor and in our room.
Pillows are too big and hard. They gave me a sore neck and headache. Seems like a small thing but when you stay for 4 nights, it becomes an issue.
Overall our stay was pleasant enough. Good location to walk to shops and Okada hotel for extra restaurants.
