Room was clean. Staff were polite and helpful. Buffet breakfast was good but needs more protein and healthier options because majority were carbohydrates (rice, pasta, bread, native cakes etc). Bigger breakfast room would also help so that guests didn't have to wait too long to be seated. This hotel is always booked up and needs a bigger lobby/waiting area for the guests who couldn't find seats while waiting to check in. I waited way too long standing among the big crowd who are also waiting to check in. 3 ladies I spoke with were complaining and were running out of patience from the long wait. Yes, LONG WAIT, LONG QUEUE, both on check in and buffet beeakfast are my only complaints. Location is great, near so many restaurants and big malls. The free shuttle to the airport was convenient and excellent. The driver was very nice and helpful. I also liked the security scanning of luggage before entering the hotel. Made me feel safe and secure inside the hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

The Expedia Webpage shows that the hotel has an airport shuttle when in reality this does not exist. The bed is too hard, the bath towels are too thin and the breakfast is very poor quality.
